Quiote's filesystem subsystem: FilesystemAdapterInterface/ListableFilesystemInterface, FilesystemManager, FilesystemDriverRegistry, LocalFilesystemAdapter, the object-store-backed adapter base classes cloud filesystem drivers extend, and ObjectStoreSessionPersistence, the equivalent base for cloud session drivers. Opt-in via the plugin system (`plugins: [Quiote\Filesystem\FilesystemPlugin]`), split out of the framework core so it releases independently.
