Adds a Show writing tips panel to the Article node form. Selecting it fetches a fragment from an ECA endpoint over HTMX and swaps it into the panel, without submitting, validating or rebuilding the form and without changing any field. Completes the set of three form button samples: a field widget action writes one field, an Ajax handler writes many, and HTMX writes none but shows content beside the form.
