All six workflows were analyzed and all actions are pinned. The high-severity cache-poisoning finding has low confidence, but the high-confidence adhoc-packages finding shows the release workflow installs a package outside the lockfile, a minor reproducibility concern; broad write permissions are limited to two workflows without an untrusted checkout or script-injection sink.
