libheif builds a sample-timing table for HEIF sequence tracks without correcting the output-sample count when durations are indefinite or edit-list repeat multipliers are large. A sequence file leaves a loop counter unable to reach its termination value, so leads to a non-terminating loop. Processing such a file leads to denial of service. The fix corrects the sample-count computation, enforces frame limits on logical output samples, and bounds the allocations.
