apostrophe is vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption
75
High Risk
The CSV import endpoint writes an uploaded file to the system temporary directory before authentication is checked, and when the request is rejected the written temporary file is never cleaned up. An unauthenticated client can repeatedly submit CSV import requests to fill the server's temporary storage with abandoned files. The patch authenticates the request before writing to disk and cleans up rejected uploads.
You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range and the CSV import endpoint is reachable.
apostrophe is vulnerable to Uncontrolled Resource Consumption in versions 0.0.1 - 4.32.2.
