The SubmissionsController actions send-notification, run-integration, and get-send-notification-modal-content process submissions without verifying that the current user may view the target submission. Any authenticated Craft user, regardless of Formie permissions, can act on submissions owned by others by supplying a submissionId. This exposes submission data to notification recipients and external integrations and allows repeated notification or integration runs against arbitrary submissions. The fix adds ownership and permission checks before these actions run.
