JsonResultPrinter returns the default parameter unchanged when a query has no results and the output mode is SMW_OUTPUT_FILE. Special:Ask serves that response without a Content-Type header, so the browser parses it as HTML and runs the reflected markup, leading to cross-site scripting. The fix escapes default before writing the file output.
