weblate is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass
43
Medium Risk
Weblate's REST API lets an authenticated user change their primary account email to an arbitrary address. When an administrator later invites that address to a team, the invitation is associated with the account already holding the unverified email. That account can accept the invitation without controlling the intended recipient's mailbox and gain the team's permissions, potentially exposing private projects or granting translation, repository, and project-management access. The fix restricts self-service email changes to addresses already verified for the account.
You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range and your deployment uses email-based team invitations.
