Formie's FormsController returns a form's full configuration, including notification recipient addresses and notification content, without checking the requesting Control Panel user's Formie permissions. Any authenticated Control Panel user can call this controller to read another form's settings and notification details regardless of their assigned access. The pre-fix controller only checks that the caller is logged into the Control Panel. The fix adds a permission check before returning the form configuration.

You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range and you grant Control Panel access to users without full administrative permissions.
