libcurl is vulnerable to Information Disclosure
55
Medium Risk
After a Digest authenticated transfer to one HTTP origin, reusing the same easy handle for a different origin still sends the Authorization header meant for the first origin. The second origin receives authenticated state for a single request and path, without the first origin's name or the raw credentials. A hostile second origin can replay that header against the first origin. The fix clears Digest state when the origin or the credentials change.
You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range and you reuse an easy handle for Digest authentication across origins.
libcurl is vulnerable to Information Disclosure in versions 7.10.6 - 8.20.0.
Upgrade the libcurl and/or the curl.curl library to the patch version.
