The presentation-format parser for SVCB and HTTPS records assumes the alpn service parameter always parses successfully and unwraps the result. A malformed alpn value, such as one with unbalanced quotes, consecutive commas, or invalid escapes, makes the unwrap fail and panics the process. Systems that parse untrusted zone files can be crashed. The fix returns a parse error instead of panicking.
