THeaderTransport.parseHeaders applies a zlib transform when the frame header asks for it, and that inflate has no cap on the decompressed size. A frame that stays within the on-wire limit can expand far past it and exhaust memory. The fix wraps the inflate in a reader limited to the configured maximum frame size.
