The Authenticator Login Plus module adds TOTP-based two-factor authentication to Drupal logins. Affected versions do not enforce the second factor when a user signs in with Drupal core's one-time login link, so a valid link completes login without a verification code. Exploitation requires access to a valid one-time login link for the target account. Version 1.0.1 asks users with 2FA enabled for their verification code after they use a one-time login link.
