agent-manifest is vulnerable to Improper Check or Handling of Exceptional Conditions
75
High Risk
The verifier re-parses manifest timestamps during the expiry check using a stricter parser than the one used during schema validation. Alternate but valid timestamp representations such as epoch strings or a lowercase time-zone designator raise a parsing error that is silently caught, skipping the validity-window enforcement. A correctly signed but expired manifest then returns a valid verdict with the signature marked verified. The fix handles the alternate timestamp forms so expiry is always enforced.
You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range and you rely on manifest expiry being enforced during verification.
