oaskit is vulnerable to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)
61
Medium Risk
In oaskit, reflected XSS in oaskit's default HTML error handler. Because browsers send Accept: text/html on ordinary top-level navigation, a crafted GET link is sufficient to trigger the error page; no form submission, custom Content-Type, or untrusted script on the victim's side is required. Workarounds Disable HTML error rendering so that validation failures are returned as JSON only: This prevents the vulnerable HTML page from being rendered at all, on any oaskit version.
You are affected if you are using a version that falls within the vulnerable range.
oaskit is vulnerable to Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in versions 0.1.0 - 0.14.0.
