The earlier fix for GHSA-jr78-w6w5-m8f8 mapped update, check-query, and run-joblist on smwtask to the edit right. Anonymous users hold edit on a stock wiki, and the module does not require a login that excludes them, so those callers can force a store update or run queued jobs. The fix stops callers who only hold that anonymous right from running those tasks.
