Affected versions are vulnerable to a remote denial-of-service issue in Nimiq full nodes caused by improper validation of Ed25519 signature lengths in crafted Kademlia DHT records. A malicious peer can send a malformed signature that triggers a panic during verification, causing the node to crash.
