TL;DR
Affected versions of craftcms/cms are vulnerable to Authorization Bypass due to improper validation of internal requests. The code was vulnerable to ID tampering. Users could manipulate request parameters to change an element's uid field (unique identifier), which wasn't being validated in bulk duplicate operations.
